*^^* Wow!! I really enjoyed this. Great work; I like the outsider POV on a very credible take of Ren and Kyouko in the future. *^^*

I'm really glad the outsider POV worked, since I had reservations about it.

It was interesting! It took me a few paragraphs before I realized it was an OFC and stopped trying to remember who she was. I also spent more than half the fic trying to understand who were the pairings that she was looking at. f^^; You kept the identities well toward the end before I realized who they were (like Meiko!) Hehe. :)

(It's a great consumption process, the latest chapters are cooooolllll ♥♥)

Loved this. ^^ The acting quickly became what I loved the most about Skip Beat and this showcases it so well - I can really see Ren and Kyouko do this. Meiko as a character was really interesting as well.

Thank you! It was fun trying to come up with the characters for them to play.... glad Meiko didn't drag it down (I'm always concerned when using original characters).

I have not forayed into Skip Beat! fic much, but I couldn't resist coming to read this. I don't know if I feel everything's quite in character, but the spirit of it is definitely there. Having recently caught up on the manga, I can fully believe Kyoko as a vamp. You've portrayed a lot of their particular nuances very nicely, and created a simple, interesting character for us to see through. Very nice, darling. I'd love to see you tackle more fic for this series.

*looks at you and thinks about sulking* It's YOUR FAULT I'm going in even deeper.

It's hard to do Ren and Kyouko in character for this, since they're acting as other characters. I'm hoping the sincerity of there performance comes through.

*_______________________________________________________* That is basically everything i have to say to this. I haven't read many Skip Beat fics (there's not much out there anyway) but I like this very much. Even though I'm still not sure who I want Kyoko to end up with >.<' it was a very enjoyable read ^0^

Thank you!

I want her with Ren, but I want her to reconcile with Shou and have a brother/sister relationship there...

Very clever and very well written. This is honestly one of the best Skip Beat fanfics I've read. I like the peak into the future that you've presented. I loved how you had their affection for each other color their roles.

Thank you!

I do wonder if they could play roles that hate each other; there's such an undercurrent when they're together. But I also think both are good enough to get through that.

Hmmm... I bet that they could. It's that old saying "there's a thin line between love and hate". I can think of a lot of examples where mortal enemies in movies or television shows were actually played by actors who were really close in real life. Sometimes strong emotions just come off as strong emotions. In fact, Ren & Kyoko already have scenes in Dark Moon were they had to act like they hated each other. (Well, Mio hates everyone. I'm assuming that Ren's character returned the sentiment.)

I think it would be harder for the two of them to play characters who are totally indifferent to each other. They would have too much chemistry to play impassive strangers!
