I MADE HAPPY COOKIES

Oct 19, 2012 19:39

So some of you may remember last time, I made guilt cookies and they turned out...not quite as expected.

I'm happy to say that this time, by gum, I'VE DONE IT.

This time I was a little smarter with the mixer and kept it facing straight up at all times, and just rotated the bowl. And I used a bigger bowl, so my mess was much less. The recipe (which is here) originally calls for three eggs, but that made my dough too sticky for this altitude. This time, along with using chocolate pudding mix rather than vanilla, I lessened my eggs, and although it made the dough more crumbly than I'm used to dealing with, the cookies came out...well...

PERFECT. This is exactly how they come out at home. And they taste...

INCREDIBLE. Just what I need when the weather is turning cold (snow this weekend, eep!) and I'm missing home like crazy. :D

oh so beautiful, askldjfiosdfidjfioesjfdojosdjow, quilly is just dead, all is as it should be, ahahahaha, college life, how quilly c's it
