I am 5’3” and about 165 lbs. My goal is to lose 30 pounds in about six months. (At the very least get rid of this detestable double chin; my jaw’s recessed as it is. More fat around that area doesn’t look good at all.)
This morning I did 30 minutes of an old Richard Simmons aerobics video my mom swears by, and only had to take a break once. Feeling really good right now.
Let’s do this.
