Last week recap - not good at all. My only accomplishment was my water intake

Start weight: 247
Healthy Eating Habit:
I like to eat while I watch TV, so I'm going to wait and eat until tv time. Otherwise I eat around 6 and then start eating again at 8 (tv time).

I'm going to eat my meals on a smaller dessert plate this week to learn to eat smaller portions.

Exercise: I found cool sexy exercise programs to TIVO. I have 3 - 10 minute cardio workouts recorded to do. Ed and I are also going to stretch before be every night.

Reward: I'll get my Christmas ring from Angelus in a new band
