So after reading this
article I wouldn't want to be Matt Smith at the moment. It seems like the whole of Britain is waiting with bated breath to see this young man succeed or crash and burn. I can't believe the pressure he must feel, especially since the article mentions it about a hundred times, coming after the most popular Doctor, David Tennant, in the history of the series. I've only seen Matt Smith in one thing ("Secret Diary of a Call Girl") and liked him. I didn't like seeing him in the Tenth Doctor's suit. Maybe it was a possessive love of Ten and the sadness of seeing him regenerate? I can't think of anybody filling his shoes, but I'm willing to give Eleven a chance.
I think the article did him a disservice. Is it me or did he come off a bit... not thick, but not the most intelligent bloke out there? I'm nit-picking. I'll just have to see how he does on April 3rd.
