i am in the process of losing weight. i have been at this for 1 month now. i am down 17 pounds.
i feel good about this. my two roommates are also dieting/exercising/losing weight too.. we motivate each other to keep going.
i am currently drenched in sweat from working out for only 30 minutes (i am very out of shape, yes) and must get ready for work.
oh, and my new shift at work, starting august 22nd, is 4:15am-11:15am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8am-noon wednesday, and off Friday/Saturday/sunday
I have never had weekends off at this job.
