we're back from the honeymoon!
With the first snow here yesterday I was delighted that the temperature in Paris was over 20C for the entire week! Which meant lots of walks and eating outdoors. I couldn't believe how many cafes there were!
Our hotel was very conviniently located, right next to the Sorbonne. It was the best location for moonlight strolls along the Seine.
We also visited the Orsay and Pompidou museums. Both were great but the latter was a bit more perfect.
Also, we had plenty of time to shop - esp CDs and Sephora. With my latest makeup addiction, I wish we had a Sephora close. I could really use all the shades of Nars blushes ;)
Anyway, Paris was all we hoped it would be and even better. By night number one we already agreed that the trip was worth it.
Can't wait for the next trip, I'm thinking London or Italy.
