Rumours
Minerva had heard the rumours of course, what with school children never being as subtle as they pretend. The rumours had brought a smile to her face. It was utterly ridiculous…preposterous…nothing but the fantasy of idle minds with nothing better to do than speculate on the love affairs of their professors.
So it was quite a surprise when Severus said "You know, Minerva, I quite admire you," over drinks at the Three Broomstick, placing his hand gently over hers.
It was quite a surprise when after searching her eyes Severus leaned in and pressed his dry lips against hers in a soft kiss. It was quite a surprise when Minerva found herself leaning into him and squeezing his hand back.
It was quite a surprise when the rumours turned out to be true.

Children Once
They were children then, and it meant nothing; a soft brush of lips against soft young skin. It was a kiss filled with emotion but it was innocent, it was nothing.
Buri remembers though, even now, with Thayet a queen and Raoul by her side. She remembers that kiss and its warmth and its newness. She remembers how Thayet clung to her with delicate hands. She remembers the fear in Thayet's eyes before it turned into determination and strength. She remembers the warmth and the comfort of their understanding.
They were children then, and it meant nothing. Now Thayet is a queen but Buri is still her protector.

A Different Sort of Magic
It’s a kiss that shouldn't happen, and Thom knows that, even as he leans forward hungrily wanting more.
The Duke's hand slides up and pulls Thom closer. The Duke's body is flat and hard and Thom marvels at how different it feels from a woman's.
He feels a spark as hands trail over the bare skin of his arms. Thom gasps and pulls away. He stares into dark eyes, and suddenly Thom knows that he wants more.

It was an accident, really. Sirius was young and impulsive (only just eighteen) and she looked like she needing cheering up. Honestly. Sirius doesn't know why you won't believe him.
Okay, so maybe Sirius just wanted to see the look on McGonagall's face after being kissed by an ex-student, but still.
It was a quick kiss with Sirius pressing himself up against her, invading her personal space and planting his lips on hers, catching her by surprise. McGonagall stepped back with shock on her face before her eyes narrowed with recognition.
Sirius didn't expect what happened next.
McGonagall reached out and grabbed his neck bringing their faces together again, kissing him fiercely, before releasing him with a smirk on her face and laughter in her eyes.
"That's how you kiss, boy."
Sirius stood there gob-smacked and red in the face.
