If you know me at all you’d guess that the current coolish weather has likely been making me happy and giddy. You’d be mostly right. I love Fall!

Unfortunately I’ve also been spending my time fairly overwhelmed. Or more accurately, spending my time thinking about how I feel overwhelmed. Not for any particular reason (although, I am behind on Read more... )

I really like that sock yarn, I also really can't wait to see the happy lacey thing! Fall always feels like the new year to me, so I definitely know what you mean :)

Might as well be the new year for me. I get all the classic feelings of new beginnings and waking up and starting new things.

Might you lend us some of that autumn weather? It's still close to 90 here, and we're in New England! hmmmf

That is so backwards. It's usually scorching here in Oklahoma, at least until October.

One of the few real benefits to living in New England is the beautiful crisp Autumns, now to see who stole Ours ;-)

That stripey yarn makes me happy.

As for the lacy thing, having seen some of the lacy things you've done in the past, I'm sure it will be spectacular.

I'm with you on Fall. My favorite time of year, albeit the busiest. Our overnight lows the past week are in the 40s. Yum!

The two different socks I currently have on the needles have been left in their respective bags recently due to other projects with deadlines needing to come for a ride in my purse. I hope to let them out of their "time-out" corners soon, however. ;)

Can't post my swwap stuff until it's received, but I suppose I'm long overdue for a WIP post... maybe this weekend sometime. TOO many WIPs, I'm turning into one of those people who never finish any projects

fall's my favorite too. It always meant new beginnings at school, and that my birthday was coming. But now it means I can get out and garden again soon, as the ticks and chiggers will go dormant. Hooray! and I love the fall color and cooler temps.

Being overwhelmed seems normal to me...Prioritize, that's what I keep telling myself

You know, usually I cringe at the idea of yard work. But yardwork + fall? Sounds pretty nice.

I didn't like yardwork till I was 30, and since then I love it, so it's possible you may grow into it!
