Wake up and love me baby
King's Dominion was awesome yesterday. It was so much fun, it started storming around 8:30 though so that sucked... we got to go on basically all of the rides we wanted to go on at least. A lot of the rides were rougher than I had remembered. At least they finally fixed the Grizzly so that it had padding in the seats. It was hot as hell all day though, I had sweat dripping out of everywhere on my body.
Work was ok today. It stormed around 7 so the last hour was easy and I was out of there by 8:15. One of my guards got pissed off at me today though. She was working the middle shift (1-7)... and the person who works that shift has to go up at least once during their last hour. If we have to have 2 guards up that hour then they have to be up for that whole hour. Today we only had one guard up cause it wasn't crowded, and sean was up for the first half, and she said that I had to go up for the second half, and I told her that it was her turn since she was leaving and it didn't make sense for her to be down from the stand for the whole last hour. And she was like well I'm not going up, So I was like ok if you don't go up then you have to clean while you're down, cause you're not gonna stay down for the whole last hour and do nothing. And she got pissed off and wouldn't talk to me again. Whatever.
I'm kinda depressed right now... because of something that I would rather not divulge on LJ. I think I'll have myself a beer... or 12... and hopefully be happier tomorrow.
Seriously though, I'm gonna go have a beer and try and re-record some songs.
