God Bless Catastrophe
Today is an awesome day! I am typing this entry from my new Apple PowerBook 12" and it kicks ass!! This thing is so much fun to play with! It connects to the wireless network in my house too unlike my POS gateway PC that for some reason the wireless card decided it didn't need to work anymore for whatever reason... but who cares... now I have a kickass apple laptop. Oh and my mom's credit card company said that they would pay for my iPod to be fixed, so I took it to the store and they gave me an entire new one... so I also have an iPod that works now too!!!
I also bought the new alkaline trio cd today and I really like it! Matt's voice sounds like it's coming back, which is definitely a good thing, since on their last album it sounded like his vocal chords were trying to rip themselves out of his throat... but yea... overall it is an awesome cd.
Kari came down last thursday and stayed til sunday, that was awesome! We went and saw Star Wars with Tess and Adam and that movie was excellent... a very good step up from episodes 1 and 2, even though I knew everything that was going to happen in the movie, it still wound up making me sad watching it... i felt like a true star wars geek. I wanted to wear my kickass star wars shirt that I got from the smithsonian museum in 7th grade but Kari wouldn't let me! It was awesome hanging out with Kari again though... I've really missed her. I'm going down to greenville tomorrow and I'm gonna meet up with her there too... so that will be cool.
Well I am exhausted for some reason... even though I didn't really do much today... so I'm probably gonna go to bed early.
