There's been a lot of new people here, recently. Has anyone else noticed that the gods don't bring people in one at a time, but they usually come - and leave - in groups?

It's weird...

How about you take, say, mid-morning till noon? That's not a bad shift for starting out.

I can do that - I get up early anyway. I've also been learning how to use a dagger properly... it's weird, fighting to actually hurt something, instead of just trying to make it faint like you do with Pokemon.

But I'm getting better. If you know how to use them, I'd like it if you could help me sometime.

With the daggers, huh? Prince showing you?

I can teach you some things with it, sure. My Soul Eater's still my favored, but I'm getting better with a short blade in my free hand.

Ashoka and Ryu and Naoto are helping me. I was trying out a sword, but um, they're... kind of big for me, and I'm not very strong. Daggers seem to work a lot better.

And if you want, you can train against my Pokemon sometime, as long as you don't really hurt them. I think they'll be good to learn against, since some of them are more like the monsters we deal with than people...

Then work at close range.

You...wouldn't mind that?

I wouldn't mind that, as long as you can pull your blows. C'mon, they're Pokemon, they're made to fight. :) As long as you don't like, try to cut them apart or something.

If you say so...

I did a number on Terra, you know.

You were trying to hurt him though, weren't you?

Well...I wasn't holding back.

That's what I mean. I'd want you to hold back on my Pokemon; they'd be holding back on you, of course.

How do they handle darkness?

They already deal with Dark-type and Ghost-type attacks.
