Ok...sooo North Korea...does it have the right to test nuclear missles?
We did; when we felt we should test ours, we did. But we're not communists. It all seems a little hypocritical. The rule should be that no one can test them, but that is all too idealistic. After Hiroshima and Nagasaki...why would anyone want to put a culture through that again, knowing the long term damage it can do?
