I thought this week was going to be crazy and filled with hate. I was only half right. It was crazy.
First, I want to thank my wonderful lady for putting up with shuttling me to and from Theio's. I put it here so that everyone else can also appreciate what a patient, loving person she is. (Yes, I'm sucking up)
This week I had a paper, a math exam, a cell biology exam and even a group presentation for Sociology.
I managed to stumble my way through the math homework with a little help from the same aforementioned lovely, wonderful and ever-so-patient woman (yup, still sucking up. Even if it's all true). I think I pulled around a 3.0 on it. So I'm ecstatic. No silly stupid factoring on this exam. If I do any worse it will be because of stupid half points I get wrong.
The paper? A total of 35 minutes invested and that puppy was GONE. 4 1/2 pages. Biggedy bam.
The group presentation was terrible. I had to put together arguments against Affirmative Action. It looked terrible, the group arguing for AA was one black guy, one black girl, a white girl and a Eastern Indian girl. Our group? Two white males and one white girl. I think I might have done too well on coming up with arguments (or at least I must of made them too inflammatory) since when we were done the professor was nearly ranting at us. I felt ashamed to make that presentation.
However, later today I had my cell biology exam. I rocked it's ass. Seriously. I may have gotten 1 question wrong. I knew every answer and every extra credit question. Pow! Right in the kisser!
Now I want to celebrate... but we can't. So it's fricking lame. Yay! This week is over!
