Only forever?
So, in about five more hours, one of my last single friends will be getting married. We were friends through all four years of college, and then we ended up living together for two years after school. Then, when I got the job at the paper and had to move, we parted ways. We still keep in touch every now and then, but this is someone I've known for seven years.
It's strange how we were on the same page on almost everything (we wanted to move to a big city like New York, focus on our career, etc.), then she met her guy and not only did we part ways physically, but it was like she went this way with her life and I went that way. She's going to have a husband now and I'm just not on that same level with her, you know.
I guess when you're my age (26), more and more of your friends are getting married or getting into serious relationships. On the other hand, I just don't get it.
Anyway, it should be a fun night.
Speaking of fun nights, hung out with another friend last night, and yes, she's married too! We went to see "Stardust," which was actually pretty good. Then, we went out to eat at Applebee's, and I got finally got to eat ribs!
