Memories?

Hmm... it looks to me like there's a pattern in the recent memory returns... Everytime at about this time per week, some more people have regained some of their memories. I don't know how this will help us with figuring out how to combat this, but it's something that I've been thinking about.
Also, I haven't gotten the chance to look through the private records at the City Hall yet, nor have I found the mayor. I've sent in a letter, requesting to conference with her, though. We'll just have to see how this goes over and if she'll actually take me into her office to discuss things. In the mean time... there are some public records that would be easier to access in the City Hall. I doubt we'll find anything usefull, but perhaps they have files on each of us that could at least tell us a bit more about ourselves.
