Gotta get fit

Alright, I've gained some weight. Actually a lot of weight. So to combat this I intend to implement the following weight loss plan:

250 sit ups every morning
20 push ups every morning
walk up and down 9 flights of stairs twice
walk 3 miles during lunch
walk 3 miles after work
250 sit ups once I get home

I think this should do it.
