if you make an ass out of yourself, whether you think it's cool or not, you should most likely expect comments because no matter what, somebody will always have something to say about your stupidity. getting defensive over it really is a waste of time, because it's your fault people are commenting on it, anyway. if you really don't like it, please, don't post it.
if somebody does something stupid...just...ignore it. honestly? it only causes drama, and you're being the wiser person by not addressing it to begin with.
my point? get over it. someone's an asshole, just ignore it. someone's addressing your stupidity, expect it.
