whistler superhit contest
went to whistler this weekend! and i thought ski season was over! aaaand as it turns out, it basically is.
crossing the canadian border to get to whistler has become an interesting process... i'm pretty sure they're trying to trip you up into admitting you're a terrorist. on the way over they asked me if there was a reason i've grown a beard, and made me show two forms of id. then on the way back, after hearing one of us was an electrical engineer, asked what ohm's law was. (correct answer: V=IR). but it was sort of entertaining at the same time.
the snow kinda sucked, but at least we got to catch a "superhit contest" where each contestant got to try one badass trick.
some point of future russ interest:
- may 3rd i'm going skydiving! followed by manicures, pedicures, and massages. for greg's birthday. super excited.
-i'm going to visit heather in ireland for two weeks at the end of may! woohoo! and about goddamn time!
