"Oh, he's called Ferb." James spoke up, automatically speaking for his friend.
Charles peered closely at the boy. "Why is his hair green, son?" But Rebecca elbowed him and hissed. "Shh, he'd probably sensitive about it." James had to bite his lip to keep from laughing.

The reference to his hair makes him look up at it then at James. They wouldn't have to change it here too, would they?

Rebecca nodded but Charles looked confused. "Isn't there a professor?" That got him a second elbow and a scowl from his wife.
"Ferb lives just around the corner." James explained. "And besides, I am Head Boy." He hoped they bought it.

Rebecca pondered for a moment. "You'd better go first James. Show him how it's done so you're there when he comes out." She smiled and helped her son into the fireplace.

"DIAGON ALLEY!" He said loudly and in a whoosh of flame, he was gone.

He looked up at Rebecca who gave him a pinch of the powder and instructed him to keep his arms close to his body and speak clearly.
The boy tossed the powder in and after a second called out clearly, "Diagon Alley." He spun for a bit before stepping out of the other fireplace and into James.
