Literally, in this case. I've now decided that the cats/dogs/things are actually squirrels, and they are mating.

Also, wtf is up with people who have umbrellas walking under balconies while it rains, thereby forcing those whithout umbrellas to walk in the rain. Seriously, people, you have umbrellas for a reason.
