Adventures in Meter Parking, vol. 1

See that dot? Doesn't look too far, does it? Add in some RAIN, and a crap load of wind. That dot is where I parked my gorram SUV today when I had to get set up for classes for next quarter (ALREADY?!). It took me about a half hour to find a freaking spot that didn't have a busted meter.

Here's where it gets really stupid.

I was wearing a pair of cut-off jeans, a T-shirt, and my black Chucks. Obviously, I'd been thinking I'd find a closer spot. How wrong was I? Sheesh.

By the time I made my way to the inside of that circled building up there (all downhill, mind you), my shoes and cut-offs were completely soaked. I had to wring out my shoes. I drove home barefooted. Because I'm probably gonna end up with the flu or something. XP

I bet ya'll can't wait to see the next volume of Adventures in Meter Parking! I sure as hell can't! Actually, this could be pretty interesting...
