I'd better get in good shape, since both club and school are totally killing me. Seriously, I don't think there has been a day in the past two weeks where the lactic acid has decided to set up camp in some various region of my body.
Most popular area being the ass.
But I like it.
I need to get back in shape; school volleyball totally ruins me for anything, what with its unchallenging, redundant practices. It's my belief that that actual practice should be harder than the warm-up. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seemed like we would do these killer warm-ups with lots of sprinting and jumping and such, and then have a stupid practice. For the last month, we'd do one easy drill, and then scrimmmage. Plus, with the level of passing we have, it's barely enough to make a hitter sweat (though it kills the setter).
Now, we are doing weights two days a week and jump training/agility on other ones. At club, on top of the good practices, we do freaking CAP Elite, a speed/strength/agility/etc/baklava program which totally takes your body, slams it on the ground, and smashes it with a mallet. This is to say, it's hard.
So I should lose all this 'cushion', tone my body a bit. Be 1337 (haha, jk)
I like my car.
I don't like precal. It's a bad sign when your sub makes more sense than your actual teacher. That might of been because I was paying attention today though, because I need one point to get an A.
And I'm jobless again. UIL rules. I feel like a hobo.
