ooc-- I am completely lost, mostly because it seems like there are a lot of characters I'm not familiar with. If people could comment or e-mail me (h0bbit3791@aim.com), especially if you have a new character/are new. And a general summary of what has happened in the past month might be nice.
Luna was sitting in her kitchen, doing a few too many things simultaneously. Attempting to make pudding comparable to that which the house elves made at Hogwarts, research recent sightings of the Crumpled Horned Snorkark and new methods to repel nargles, along with trying to play oboe for the first time in nearly a year was just about impossible. She stopped to contemplate the mess infront of her: spilled pudding, smudged sheets of parchment and old Quibbler magazings, and a number of badly damaged oboe reeds. She needed to do something else entirely. Finding a mostly blank sheet of parchment, she composed a letter.
Dear Matty,
I was playing oboe this morning, and came to the realization that I hadn't spoken to you in quite some time. I hope things are going better for you, you weren't very bright or chipper the last time we spoke. Unfortunately I have yet to find anything else about counteracting the virus Muggles refer to as puberty.
Possibly we could arrange to meet some time in the near future, my summer has been rather dull, with limited human interaction.
