Well that was interesting.

I was out on the island for new years, and it was fun. I saw memoirs of a Geisha and stayed at Adam's. And we were really good and didn't give adam's parents any reason to be mad at us. (at least when they were looking) and we played uno and watched serenity and had newmas!
btw....AIdam got me wicked the book! and Ali and Kit (they should have a combinatory name too) gave me a really cool collage thing for my wall. And Aidan got me chain mail earrings. And Adam got me a picture frame with wonderful pictured of him, and me , and both of us. *smiles sweetly* It's on my bedside table right now. So I can see him before I go to sleep and when I wake up. Anyways. It was the awesome, and I didn't have any presents cause I hadn't finished them. Speaking of which, I should do that. I really wanted to have them done. *sigh* But I started too late, and cleaning my room got in the way. Oh well. Anyways, it was a good trip, highlights being randomly dropping in on malcolm :P and seeing Eddie and Judi and Barbie and Marc. Eddie got an awesome sword for Christmas from Dayle.
Ali and I also obviously kicked everyone's butt at Cranium as is our way of doing things. :P
The dinner was yummi, I liked the sausage rolls the best. The party was kinda boring, specially when Eric and Jake left. I imagine this is because we'd all spent so much time together at this point, that there wasn't much partying to do. We cleaned the kitchen *laughs* And poor Adam went to bed, he was so sick, coughing up a storm. We played the ten finger game, and Ali won every single time, because Ali is really good at catching people on technicalities (tho I caught Jake on a good one) *smiles broadly* Anyways...I went to bed early and Adam and I came trapsing out of the room sometime later dressed in each others pj's. Pictures were of course taken of adam in my very girly pj's :P
Anyways, the next morning, we woke up at 1100 and I wanted to be on the ferry at 1245 so we rushed out to Adam's house to ask his parents if they would drive us out there so taht Adam could follow me home. They amazingly enough said.....YES! And so it was planned and we got in the car and got the ferry and were told it was full. So we were to take the next one. We bought our tickets for the next one...and we bought one for ali too as she was planning on taking that ferry. Adam's mum took us into Nanaimo for a bit, then we played Uno and such waiting for the ferry.
The ferry ride was the most "interesting" part of our journey. To quote serenity again ( I wasn't THAT big of a fan of the movie, but it has great quotes) "This is the captain. We have a little problem with our entry sequence, so we may experience some slight... turbulence and then explode. " The waves were awesome. and the wind was just ripping up everything,there was water leaking int he boat and everything. But the best part was that everyonce in a while the ship would crash down off a wave hard and a whole sheet of water would come up and hit the windows in front of us. It was crazy. And we went up top and I almost lost my coat off the side cause it just got ripped off me. The wind was just whipping us around! It was wonderful! Anyways, we got back in to Tsawwassen...and Ali's step dad drove us to Ladner loop, and my grandma picked us up from there. And we went home and didn't sleep,
lol we organized his Magic cards :P And I was getting really sick and felt awful. And then yesterday we didn't wake up till 1300 and we went to a movie (Narnia) And it was good, but then Adam had to leave, and my shift got cancelled for today. I was really really upset about adam leaving, mostly casue it involved me taking him to the ferry while I was sick and because he had no real reason to go home anyways. But I'm not going to get into that, I get very emotionally unstable when I'm sick. *sniffle* So he went home, and I'm here, all by my lonesome, getting better from being sick, but it's good in a way because it gives me a chance to finish my cleaning!
