**(this is the same post that is on myspace honestly- so if you've read that one, no need to read this one)**

hey it was a good post!!

Well-- needless to say, summer is getting off on the right foot. These past few days have been great and relaxing (nothing too eventful to speak of- but relaxing). I've been getting a lot done around the house and have a lot to look forward to in the next couple of days.

Leah and I have taken up walking. Its great. Plus we walk with a purpose in mind. You see- its exactally 2 mi to the Blockbuster, so each day we make the trip to get a movie to watch at night (we get unlimited rentals). Its pretty rewarding in all senses.

Today was especially fun. I mowed the lawn for the first time this year. That always makes me happy- you are able to see such a drastic change in the look of your yard after the 1st mowing. I want grocery shopping for the first time in weeks- that was good cause we were starting to run low in sustinance. And I talked with a friend that I hadn't spoken to in a while- it was great- funny too. I can't remember the last time that I met someone that had so many interesting things going on in thier life.

In addition to these past few days, the upcoming ones hope to be equally as wonderful. Tomorrow I go to get pampered a little before the summer work cycles begin (my treat of course) and I'll get to hang out with my mom. That always proves to be fun cause she buys me stuff.

Thursday begins the work cycle, but I have big plans for Thursday night. After work, I am running home to shower and change, then driving to Meriden to pick Ana up, then to Acoustic Cafe in Bridgeport where we will meet up with Ericka and see Zox!!! They alway put on a kick as show and there is no doubt that we will have a wonderful time. Plus- I get to show off my Zox shirts to the band (we will all be sporting one) I sure hope that they go over well.

Then on Friday I get to try my hand at babysitting little Grace Marie. So excited about that. I can't decide if the concert or Grace has me more excited. I guess it really doesn't matter. And then on Friday night, I guess I'm heading out with GFN (or at least one of the members) to promote their big show on June 4th at Toad's Place. That should be fun as well.

So all in all, the past couple days have been wonderful and the next few should be great as well.

Call me or drop me a line if you are looking for something fun to do- I always know about a fun concert or event to go to if you are bored (and in CT)....

So long for now, (Wow! that was a long post!)
