After reviewing my thoughts and writing out a few rough drafts i'v desided the boook will be in it's first stages by next week sometime.
Today i didn't do shit and i'm happy cause that's how I like it.
Fuck i did do something at 6pm got up and ran a 5k... (feelin tired from just typin it)
