Day 2

Nov 25, 2003 09:28

Oh, how I despise this place, with its plexi-glass windows and hospital smells. On the brighter side of things, the ward has been completely renovated. It is now a pleasant shade of blue with matching furniture and trim. There are now two day rooms; one for the run-of-the-mill nutcases and another for the violent and creepy patients that pose a risk to the rest of us. I think it would be fun to walk in there, start poking someone and see what happens.
I get my pick-line put in tomorrow (a tube in my vein that runs from my arm straight to my heart).
I consented to an interview with some medical students. They stared and asked questions with probing eyes and hungry minds, eager to get a taste of what insanity is really like. I answered their questions and let them poke at prod at my psyche for a bit, then flatly told them to get out of my room.
Kill me please.
