I want to go home...
I want to go home... to Muskegon, to Pittsfield, just somewhere other than here. Why am I so obsessed with going home to Pittsfield? Why do I insist on trying to reckon with my past and see where I came from? I miss the East so much...I still tell people "home" is Massachusetts, but that I currently live in Muskegon, MI. Even Muskegon would be better than being here. I don't know what it is. I just want to be home.
