hmm... food for the day (if I can remember)
OINK! OINK! OINK!
breakfast: Donuts (330 cals)
Lunch: The rest of my subway sub (chicken bacon ranch 6in)
Dinner: Steak, noodles, and two biscuits (I didn't eat much of the steak cause I cooked it too long and it was tough and yucky... lol)
OINK! OINK! OINK!
I ran 1 mile in 11 minutes (I felt like i could have done it in 10 this time but there was a sharp stabbing pain in my tummy... maybe I didn't let the food digest enough? I gave it an hour at least... oh well).
I lifted:
Lawn Mowers: 40 each arm 22 lbs.
Curls : 50 each arm 12 lbs.
bench press: 32 reps (4 sets of 8) 65 lbs.
behind head tricep thingys: 50 reps 12 lbs.
My watch said I burned 491 calories in 1 hr and 35 minutes.
I'm trying to work on my triceps a little more because my biceps are starting to look nice and then they have some hangy flabby triceps below them. lol.
Oh! by the way! I bought a pair of size 7 jeans yesterday!! Mwahahaha... it's inspiration to get me back on track... size 5 here I come!
