I'm really starting to get in the hang of this working out stuff. It feels good after I just ran... I feel strong. I dunno how to explain it. Hopefully I can keep on this routine.
This morning's workout:
Ran a mile at the track (took me 12 minutes... shut up! lol) ... in total I ran four laps (ran and speed walked to catch my breath on and off) ... and walked 3 laps (one warm up and two cool down)... kept heart in target zone (129-169) for at least 20 minutes.
50 reps bench press 45 lbs
50 reps each arm curl 12 lbs
50 reps tricep thing lift behind head/shoulders 12 lbs
20 sit ups
100 leg lifts (abs)
Watch said I burned 537 calories in the 2 hours 55 minutes I was wearing it.
time for a shower!
**added this later**-- I did 50 more sit ups and 30 push ups (felt guilty for eating greasy roll up things).
Food:
Breakfast: 8 oz yogurt (peach)
snack : 4 oreo cookies and about 12 oz. of red pop (took centrum multivitamin)
Lunch : bologna sandwich, 4 - 1 inch slices of cheese
Dinner : 3 little beef and cheese roll-up things that go in the microwave
Water : prolly close to 64 oz. - I need to start drinking out of a bottle that I can measure...
