Parents are root of every social problem there is. Everything relates back to parents. How do you think Saddam's parents were? If some bully takes some kids lunch money, that's the parents. That kid was not brought up properly. Parents half ass taking care of their kids. They think all they have to do is buy them shit. When they do that and don't teach them how to share then that kid is hard to get along with and doesn't like sharing and is used to getting whatever he wants. All they have to do is feed them. Fat.
