No matter what goes right
There are some things that a person can only take so much of...
as many of you know, my brother is severely disabled. also as many of you know, he has a feeding tube in his stomach. well that broke tonight and my dad pages me on the intercom at 10:15pm, just as i'm closing my eyes for sleeping and such and says, "uh, andrew, i could use your hands down here a minute." so, i'm thinking, "can you bring yourself to just say, "i need help with ____(insert something here)____"?!" so i go down, and 45 minutes later we're done cleaning everything up... yeah... that was fun...
at any rate, the middle of this and the beginning aren't tying in yet are they? well, the tie-in is that i really can't take much more of my family one-on-one right now... yesterday was a much needed break... the first real one i've had... mmm... ever. it wasn't quite enough to erase the slate and start the rest of this week in which i will be with my family and working pretty much 24/7. yay for summer.
