lol

I haven't decided on a lot of these yet (except for props 8, 1A, and 4), so thanks for the "food for thought." :-)

I'll probably end up voting yes on prop 2, though. I can't pass up a chance, as a good vegetarian, to pass something like this in the state. Plus, it gives farmers 6 years to prepare for the new law. That seems like enough time to me to start treating animals better.

I have a question for you, however. I'll read the articles of course, but I'm wondering what you think of it as an avid supporter of solar energy. I listened to an NPR interview about it between an opponent and an advocate for it and got very little from it. I'm still trying to make a decision on this one...any insight to give?

I'm voting no on prop 7. It sounds like it would actually take away incentives to install rooftop solar panels.

Are you voting yes or no on 1A?

I'm voting yes. If I could vote "HELL YES it's about time for something like this," I would. :-)

Hahaha, okay. :-)

I'm leaning yes, but I want to do more research.

I am definitely FOR building out the public transportation infrastructure. But obviously there are wise and unwise ways to do that, and a dollar spent on this is a dollar not spent on something else.

This is something that's been in the works for a long time; I think since the 90's. I'm elated that it's finally (hopefully) on the road to happening.
