Oh don't you put me on the back burner

So where should I start? I love the weather, it makes me very happy, but at the same time a little sad because I never got to go snowboarding. Tear. And it'll be a hot, dry summer. But track has been that much better because of the sunshine! Except for the fact that I have shinsplints, but those are gradually getting better. And I've been running 300 m "dashes" (in quotes because really, how can one "dash" for 300 meters?) consistently around 48 seconds, after hurdle work without spikes (and without hurdles). Still, add hurdles, add spikes, add a good day to the mix, and I may just end up breaking the school's 300 m hurdle record! How sweet would that be? It's totally achieveable, I think. And of course I'm the only one that matters ;) Ooh, and the lacrosse game was fun, I felt like a traitor hanging out in Joel's office icing my shins with all the L.O. guys waiting to get various things taped. Yay for Lynne doing grand jetees. Congrats to the guys for beating L.O. 42 to 2 with 36.87 minutes remaining! (The scoreboard was messed up, if you're a loser and weren't there. Joel's voice sounded remotely like the Terminator...)

Ivana, I want to talk to you! I've been reading your LJ and I want to give you some undying support! And of course, curiosity killed the cat ;) We should hang out this weekend, the next, or spring break if you're around! That last bit goes for everyone, Dave, Anna, Lynne (after you get back from New Mexico you lucky bitch), Loni, ETC I know I left people out and I'm sorry you feel unloved. Call me if I never see you (cough cough SBAKE). Let me remind you of the dates again: this weekend, the following weekend, and the following week (March 21-25). This is making me sound very desperate. I'll talk to you all soon!
