All she sees is anger. Filling the atmosphere like poison gas in a chamber. She smells anger in her surroundings, emitting from him. But she stays, calm. As calm as she might. Trying her best not to mirror emotions in defense. All she senses is senseless sadness. All he sees is red. All she has is a heavy heart, shaken and beaten. All he wants to do is to work out who belonged to the faultless and to whom, the fault belongs. All she feels is helplessness. All he feels is betrayal.
She doesn't care. She couldn't care less. She wanted him to love her proper, love her gentle. All he wants is to have a conclusion of who's right, and who fucked up.
There is not a single word in the whole world that could describe the hurt. So, quiet she stayed. Unspoken, were her words. As she backed down in silence, letting the sounds of the silence drown out her busy head and senseless mind.
