Theres a Ipod Repair place right down westmain..across from Super duper. Its called IpodMods...May be able to help...

i think my original ipod was a fifty year old black man with a bad heart, it just kept dieing and dieing, it still works though after a motherboard transplant, av jack transplant and a quadruple battery bypass.
