Possible Impala sighting...
Okay, this is totally lame but I've been going through a Due South/Paul Gross "thing" so I checked out Paul's movie, Men with Brooms (2002) --it's about curling--and I SWEAR he is driving the Impala.
Okay, I don't swear, but damn...it looks just like her. Except for the roof rack...where he keeps his curling rock.
And yes, I know, all Impalas look alike, and I know there are tons of Impalas that they drive, but consider...this is a Canadian movie, so the car was in Canada. Also, at one point they throw a body in the trunk, so we know there's plenty of room for a body, just like Kripke said, many years ago.
I couldn't get a good look at the interior to see if it was tan or not, but I'm gonna claim an early Impala sighting. Maybe even her first movie...
