Mod Post: New Mod, New Rules, and Temp. Suspension

Although it is a bit obvious, I feel the need to say that queershinobi100 has been in a bit of a slow spell in the last couple of months. I have thought about what to do, and I've decided that there needs to be a change.
First of all, I have recruited help in the form of asking steveness2310 to join me as a mod. She has accepted, and cannot wait to begin working.
Secondly, the way in which the competition is held will be changed. I based the current formula on the now-dead kakairu100 back when I started this community; since then, I have a lot more knowledge about how other drabble comms work and work well. People have shown their concerns about having a writer choose a winner. I have not decided if the competition will continue with a poll (as seen in kh_drabble) or no competition with the mods posting prompts (as seen in snape100). Feel free to comment here with suggestions.
Thirdly, whatever we do decide in terms of competition, we have confirmed that drawbles will be allowed! If you don't know what that is, drawble is basically a quick drawing that is the art equivalent to a drabble.
Steve and I will be suspending queershinobi100 for a week or two, until we decide what we are going to do.
