.:.Push.:.
Shackles that bind me,
Moon that taunts me,
Cell mates that mock me,
Guards that push me.
Another night of a lit up hallway,
With cold, stone walls that never warm.
This uncomfortable bunk is my sanity's nirvana
One more scratch on the wall to toll this life sentences worth.
Mistake that haunts me,
Bottle that cursed me,
Judgment that failed me,
Closing time that spurred me.
Awake to the reality of the limits of my mortality
Then a dream? Of visitors who came while I slept...
A flat line goes off behind the silhouette of the curtain
The entertainment of this prison is the outline of death.
