Female
2. How do you define yourself?
I don’t use labels but id say bisexual
3. Are you ‘out’ to friends?
o Yes
4. Are you ‘out’ to family?
o Yes

5. At what age did you come out?
about 17
6. Looking back, do you think this was a good age to do it?
yeah i was certain about everything.
7. Who did you come out to first and why? (family/friends)
my best friend, he was okay about it but then m y family found out
8. How did they react? Were they understanding, shocked, disbelieving, cruel?
my mother has been very cruel about it, calling me names, disbelieving me etc she doesnt like it at all
9. If it wasn’t immediate, how long did it take for them to come around? Have they still not come around?
she said she is trying but it doesnt like she is trying very hard.
10. What were your reasons for coming out?
i never really "came out" perse i just figured its best to tell the truth if people ask. i am comfortable with my sexuality, always ahve been
11. Do people treat you differently since you came out? If yes, how so?
some guys ask me to make out with other gilrs for them etc. most dont though
12. Did you ever get treated badly once people knew? Did you have to deal with any type of homophobia?
yeah my mum has been particularily homophobic.
13. Do you ever regret your decision?
never.
