I like the scene where Justin makes the special tea for Brian. And Brian tries some because he looooves Justin so much. Even though it tasted like yak shit.

I don't know if it is funny, per say, but I liked the scene when Brian and Ted had to strip down to their underwear so Drew would feel comfortable shooting the ad for Brown Athletics.

Of course, the ending of season one. I always cried when I watched it.

The ending of season three when Brian and Justin are on the steps talking.

When Lindsay is telling Brian how great New York would be for Justin, thereby making sure that Brian would insist that Justin take the opportunity and not stay in Pittsburgh for him. (granted I haven't seen s5 since it came out on DVD, so my recollection of it might be a bit rusty)
