Occupation : I was a teacher until I had to quit my job on account of my health. I am not working at the moment.

Do you live in Montreal now? Yup, I'm back in town.
Where have you lived in the past? I lived in Japan for four years. Just returned last spring.
How do you identify as a Queer Montrealer? I'm a lesbian. :D
Have you ever met anyone in the community before? Nope, though I've met friends on the queerjapan community before.
Have you ever participated in the queer meet-up? ... I didn't know there were any, haha.

How do you feel Montreal's Gay Village represents you? I haven't been there much at all, I'm afraid. The last time I just went to a few bars for the St-Jean-Baptiste, and I found the two-three places we went to entirely male-oriented. The time before that was over five years ago and I can't really remember anymore.
Last concert/movie attended : I don't really like crowds so I rarely go to concerts. The last time was Nightwish in 2004 I think. I also don't really like movies, so I rarely go.

... hang outs : I like taking pictures around the plateau and CDN cemetery. Other than that, I haven't really found new haunts since coming back.
... restaurants : I don't know yet! Haha, I could give you a few around Tokyo, but here, I'm stumped.
... food : I like Japanese food, of course, and Thai and Italian and ummm... real chinese (as opposed to Americanised Chinese)
... bands/artists : There are way too many to list here! I'll have to go with Nightwish, Jack Off Jill (and Scarling), the Cruxshadows, My Chemical Romance (haha, does that make me emo? - probably), Demons and Wizards (that I actually like better than Blind Guardian) and a bunch of movie sundtracks (especially by Hans Zimmer).
... video games and/or board games : Computer games: Everquest 2, the Sims 2 and 3 (I'm a custom download addict), Warcraft I, II and III (surprisingly, not WoW - and haha, 1 and 2 are too old to feature on the website?!), and currently dying to get my hands on Dragon Age Origins. Video games: Final Fantasy VII and IX, Chrono Cross, Dark Alliance I and II, Katamari Damacy, etc... Board games: Aye Dark Overlord (+expansion), Zombies!!! , Humans!!! and MidEvil plus all expansions, Munchkin Quest.
... t.v. show : Doctor Who, Torchwood, Supernatural, Ghost Hunters and Destination: Truth is about all I (occasionally) watch.
... books : Everything by Tolkien and Tad Williams, Death Gate Cycle, some books by Poppy Z. Brite (esp. Lost Souls and Exquisite Corpse), A Song of Ice and Fire, the Neverending Story, etc, etc, etc... Is my geek showing yet?
... movies : Some adaptations of the books up there, the Crow, Rocky Horror, a few other odd musicals and epic movies. I just can't really think of titles atm.
... things to do : In case the previous answers didn't tip you off, I like playing games, reading and listening to music. Other hobbies include photography and art (mostly just pencil sketching). I also like chatting with friends online, RPing, reading webcomics and all that. I also enjoy the occasional manga and anime, though I'm nowhere as into it as when I was a teen.
Anything else : Well, seeing how I haven't been here in some years, I find myself with a few old friends (from before I left the country - most of them I've known since childhood), but absolutely no gay friend at all. So I never know what's going on in town. Also, I have cats. Since my plan is to become a crazy cat lady when I'm older, this is totally relevent. XD
