Redefining the Hockey Sweater
BECAUSE I OBVIOUSLY HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THE WEEK BEFORE FINALS...
Those of you who saw my tweet got a taste of this already, but I feel the need to compile a shrine to Henrik Zetterberg's love for cardigans and sweaters. It's really adorable and awesome, and I whole-heartedly approve of a man trying to be creative with the limited options menswear has presented him. LET'S HEAR IT FOR HANK.
Because when you're announcing your 12 year contract with one of the best organizations in hockey, a suit just won't do.
Because it's going to be a little chilly in your home rink when you visit it with your newly acquired Stanley Cup.
Because a crazy, artful, practically avant-garde sweater is totally the way to class it up at wine tasting fan events.
Because a zip-up fleece is just a little too casual.
Because that type of pattern is not just for old men any more.
