Man...I ordered this wig six days ago and I haven't heard a word from CanCan. I waited the five days the website said to wait before e-mailing again and I still haven't heard a word from them! I ordered a new wig for my Nahh-Ato yesterday in the afternoon and got stock confirmation this morning... Could it be that your email address is bouncing their mails?

Did you order from ebay or from their online store? I put my order in at the online shop because they weren't selling the wig I wanted on ebay.

I suppose my emails might not be getting through but I haven't gotten any of them back so I wouldn't know.

From online store! There really must be something wrong with emails delivery on your side or theirs... Maybe try emailing from different email account?

Oh! One thing you can check on the site! Login, go to My account. There must be the list of orders there. And when you click on each order, it has history. Mine says:

06/01/2006 pending, stock checking
06/01/2006 stock CFM, pls pay
06/01/2006 payment RECVD well

So if there was an email from them, you've got to have first 2 lines. If the order wasn't canceled yet, cuz they require payment is 3 days after stock confirmation...
