I hate working with old people
I know you have to respect elderly but I am so sick n tired of all the elderlys at my work!!! So angry & upset. (anyway been upset for past few days... dunno just a feeling that I am unappreciated.)
1) old people refuse to learn new things. There is this 1 lady who is not even 45 years old but she just REFUSED to do this one thing. it's been a year I tell you. just click this 'acknowledge' button so that the case will not pend in the system. she just won't click that button. So I click this 1 case & did it, this auntie say she has done it already... but Y ShE NO CLICK TAT BUTTON? so I did it for free? I get no stats? waste time doing when she already done? So many times I tell auntie to click so everyone know she is handling it... so we don't go and handle it since its doing double job? So angry.
2) old people gets sensitive when we tell them to do something...
aiyah the list goes on n on so angry I wanna go surf the web for inspirations. Ciao!!
