(no subject)
i just had my daily dose of "i'm a fucking moron."
had a long talk with salim last nite. talking about something in his life, he put it as "for the hour and a half conversation with her, i was so upset that i seriously thought i was going to throw up." for a split second this morning, i was able to empathize with him.
anyways, lots of homework to do. need to stop getting sick. and kissing sick people... and going to apartments w/ the plague :-P.
going to mike's second show on thursday. insha'Allah he won't be sick anymore. either way, "helter skelter" is out, b/c hell, even paul mccartney can't sing that on a good day, lol. may see marcus at the show, it's still up in the air. either way the boys are coming up on friday night and chris is coming down. should prove to be fun :).
was up till nearly 2 AM last nite, and my eyes are serving as a burning reminder of that. good thing i slept all day, huh.
things to do tonight:
finish cleaning my room
write my paper for religion
find my kierkegaard or resign myself to buying another copy (suraj did you continue looking like you said you would?)
1 load of laundry
find a new song in my iTunes to memorize
sorry for this stream of conscious entry. what else do you expect from me at 6:51 AM EST? especially on 4.5 hours of sleep.
btw, thanks for everything lately dani. don't know that i've said that.
lauren posted more pictures to her myspace last nite. that honestly made me quite happy. one of them may indeed be background worthy.
chairing Marist MAL next week. should prove interesting (and that i shouldn't be the sec-gen of MNATO). should get to see all the fun kennesaw people and should have a chance to scream at Mark, so that's always fun.
need to read over the position papers my girls turned in. i think a few were negligent as to turning them in and i kinda need to know that. also need to think of a way to ameliorate the situation, as while i hate ppl being late i'd feel really bad about it affecting their grade w/ joe.
phil was supposed to call me last nite. kinda glad now that he didn't, but still would have like to have had a pow wow with him.
