So we discovered a couple of months ago that I apparently inherited my mother's heart arrythmia issues--basically, our hearts sometimes go bonkers for no apparent reason. It feels a lot like being nervous or having a minor panic attack (without the shortness of breath)--the heart goes all fluttery, your chest and throat get tight, and you feel a bit queasy.

This feeling has been my morning, on top of being extremely tired and having what feels like Restless Leg Syndrome from Hell. It's like the muscles in most of my body are vibrating and trying to crawl off my bones. I've had RLS before, but it's never been quite like this, nor has it ever affected my arms before. Wondering if maybe I should take a half day off and go home to rest and try to calm my body freaking out.

The only other thought: is everyone okay? I've felt similar before (though not this strong) when something's gone dreadfully wrong somewhere and I don't know about it yet.
