The shop is nearly finished. I did what I could as far as contracts are concerned, but I doubt any of them are legally binding. Yet putting on a good front is a must. [Not to mention old habits die hard.]

I am pleased that Sebastian has accompanied me. He has made things immensely easier, though I ( Read more... )

...unless he was such a nuisance, growing up, they forbade him dogs, so now he's making up for it.

Yes. Walking is good exercise.

For your information, I had a wolfhound when I was growing up.

For your information, I don't believe a word.

But it's true. His name was Sebastian.

...that's a bad name on a dog.

He was an important dog. He deserved a fitting name.

You can't speak for all dogs. Sebastian was intelligent enough to know his full name.

Oh, don't be stupid -- how smart can a dog be if he stays with a master?

That makes no sense!

I know they must be telling you some awfully nice things in your storybooks about loyal animals and companions who die for you, but aren't you supposed to be growing up? Read between the lines!

If it stays with you, then it wants something! And it's not intelligent enough, or smart enough to get it on its own. Just be happy that he is stupid, and he needs you for another day or two before he decides to bite your hand off.
