For those who saw the news report about Egypt....

Friday, some foreigners and Egyptians were kidnapped in Southern Egypt.

Just wanted to let you all know that it wasn't me, I have never been or am planning to go to the place they were taken from. Hopefully those who were taken will be returned home to their families.

I am so glad you are letting people know this! My step-sister volunteered in India for two months this past summer and all those bombings went off and I wrote her an email to ask her if she was okay, and she writes back two days later, "Yea, I'm fine. The bombings weren't near me." She didn't even care. She then went on to say, "but my I'm chatting with my boyfriend, I just found out he cheated on me."

I'm like, I'm much more concerned about your LIFE than your stupid boyfriend, whom you don't love, and who you cheated on too. *rolls eyes* So, I'm glad that you're letting everyone know you are okay.

And, yes, I hope those that were taken will be returned to their families.

My mom is glad also... she woke up and saw half a crawl on CNN saying .... 'kidnapped tourists in Egypt.' She kept watching for more information which didn't come. Then she checked my myspace page (cross posted) and was very relieved.

Apparently they were all returned ok.
